What We Do and Who We Are
Share A Smile accomplishes our mission of filling the gap in philanthropic funding by allocating financial resources directly to those underserved populations that cannot find assistance through traditional channels.

We help low-income, terminally ill and otherwise disadvantaged individuals and families face the circumstances of their lives by offering financial support for bill reimbursement, emergency and medical relief funding, housing costs, related down payment assistance and specialized supplemental grants.

By directing our assistance to people in need, we are better able to allocate dollars where they can have the greatest impact. Our funding helps provide:

• Medical needs and assistance for terminal illness and catastrophic circumstances
• Emergency needs and short-term bill payment for monthly or unexpected expenses
• Housing and down payment assistance to low-income families
• Support for disadvantaged children
• Referrals for medical professionals, social workers and program directors to apply for financial assistance in support of their clients
